Two perspectives of an apple and a banana drawn by a human and a robot are contrasted; their different interpretations result in different projected images. The robot is mounted with infrared sensors and can detect the presence of an object. Thus, for the robot, 'looking' incorporates dynamic behavior. The projected identity of the objects on the mirror of the human mind and the robot's sensors are not necessarily the same, and each drawing of perceived reality says more about the viewer than the apple or banana.
