This robotic sculpture is programmed to follow a viewer mimicking body motions. Mimicking is believed to be an aspect of liveliness. I experient how this robot suggests liveliness by being programmed to mimick viewers. The robot uses Kinect camera and custom software to extract human body skeleton configuration in 3D. This pose information is fed to Arduino based robot control to follow motions. The robot trancks only on person at a time.
